Your role & influence as Bid Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for managing the full tender process, from developing the commercial strategy to writing compelling, winning proposal texts.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of achieving the strongest possible results in tenders. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate colleagues but also with Sales, Services, PreSales Consultants, and other key departments to secure strong, competitive bids.
Core activities:
Ensure all tender deadlines are met through strong project management and clear coordination
Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions to shape the right content and direction for proposal texts
Analyze and identify commercial opportunities to be optimally prepared to win!

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking
Experience with prioritizing tasks, leading effective meetings, and translating complex material into clear, strategic, and persuasive content
You are an experienced Bid manager, with at least 3 years of experience. The experience does not necessarily have to be in IT
Technical affinity with IT is a plus
