As Head of Infrastructure Hardware and Software, you’ll be key in unlocking Dustin’s infrastructure potential by developing a focused portfolio of products and software licenses. With a significant growth opportunity, you’ll collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to build a high-growth business across all markets, shaping the future from the ground up.

Your role & influence as Head of Infrastructure Hardware and Software
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving and structuring Dustin’s Infrastructure Hardware and Software portfolio, balancing standalone product and license sales with strategic offerings that empower sales teams and strengthen key brand partnerships.
Collaboration: Together with your team, which is currently under construction, you take care of developing and optimising the hardware and software offering to drive growth and customer value. While the team is small, your mission is ambitious, and you'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Solution Architects and Sales to ensure a strong, strategic, and market-driven portfolio.
Core activities:
- Lead and develop a small, strategic, and operational team: mentor and guide a focused team, ensuring they understand and deliver on the teammission
- Secure an attractive infrastructure portfolio: Take ownership of the infrastructure assortment, ensuring it meets market needs and drives profitable growth across all segments
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments: Work closely with Solution Architects, Sales, Procurement, and Marketing to align infrastructure offerings and ensure seamless execution

Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience with Offering Management, Product Management within a Vendor, Distributor, Reseller, or Operator
- Strong leadership skills, cross-cultural experience, and the ability to drive teams across countries
- Solid knowledge of the infrastructure area
- A customer-focused and self-driven mindset
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and strategic planning
- Fluency in English (our company language) and one Scandinavian language, with strong communication and presentation skills
