Your role & influence as an Apple Sales Consultant
Responsibility: You will be responsible for guiding organisations through their digitalisation journey by effectively integrating Apple devices. You will do this through your expert advice and knowledge around Apple devices and services.
Collaboration: To achieve your goals, you will work closely with various colleagues within Dustin. By connecting the right colleagues in the process towards the customer, you ensure a seamless experience and customer experience.
Core activities:
- 80% of the time you are on the road to and in contact with your customers and prospects to discuss new deals, projects and opportunities at length
- You initiate appointments by proactively generating and following up on leads, both from sales and through collaborations with Apple
- In addition, you are actively involved in various projects within the Apple team in support of overall objectives
- You will initiate appointments by proactively generating and following up on leads from both sales and manufacturer collaborations

This is what we imagine you bring
You have long owned the latest Apple products and if anyone around you has a question about using an iPhone, iPad or MacBook, you always know the answer. You will be successful in this role if you have creative ideas, see opportunities and work with your team to achieve the best results. We think you are a curious and driven person, with good communication skills, entrepreneurial skills and accuracy.
Additionally, it's important that:
- You have an earned bachelor's or master's degree
- Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting Apple products in a B2B setting
- Thorough knowledge of macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS
- Experience using the Mobile Device management tool Jamf 100 (Jamf 300 is a plus) and Microsoft Intune
