In the role as Cyber Security Advisor, you ensure our customers have the right network and security solutions by identifying their needs and designing solutions. Apart from working with pre-sales, you are also a trusted advisor, assisting the customer with ongoing challenges as well as working proactively with the sales team to build a customer portfolio. We think you are a curios person with hands-on experience in network and security solutions that always wants to learn new things. Development is a big priority at Dustin, and since you will be the expert both for colleagues and customers, you will get opportunities to continually develop your skills, knowledge and take new certifications. With offices in both Oslo and Moss, plus the option to partly work remotely, there is a lot of flexibility to structure your weeks and the varied tasks you will perform.
Hiring manager for this position is Ståle Gulbrandsen, Sales Manager Advanced Sales. His leadership builds on safety, presence, and freedom with responsibility. You will get the chance to learn from colleagues with high competence and broad experience, and you will have a close collaboration with the Sales Specialist for security. The team has a positive attitude, and the daily work takes place with the motto; Win as a Team!

What does a Cyber Security Advisor do at Dustin?
In this role, you ensure our customers get the right solutions by advising them and identifying their security needs. You are involved in the whole process with the clients; pre-sales with designing solutions, delivering them, following up and providing technical assistance to the customers' IT departments if needed. You have a sales-driven approach and identify new opportunities and potential. Since we have some clients in the public sector, you also assist with design and documentation in tender processes. Another one of your tasks is to drive the partnership with our suppliers.
Since you will be the expert in this area, you are the go-to person when colleagues need support and guidance regarding network security. For example, there is a close collaboration with the account managers and sales teams. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and are always curious to develop your skills, which there will be plenty of opportunities to do, for example taking certifications.
The workdays are versatile, and you organize your work in an efficient and independent way. In a regular week, you will do tasks such as having meetings with new and existing customers, designing solutions, taking part in seminars with our suppliers, and giving internal and external support.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following:
- Solid knowledge about network or security
- Experience with WIFI and other security solutions
- Driving License
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian
