We are currently looking for senior competence in backup, storage, cloud services and virtualization. You will be joining the team that operates and maintains our services like BaaS, DRaaS, SaaS etc. and will be an important part of our team.

What does an Operations Engineer do?

We are a team of 10 right now and the team is based in Norway and Sweden for now. Your tasks during an ordinary workday will include:

• Operate and maintain our system
• Look for issues and correct them
• Proactively improve and develop our services
• Establish new customers
• Consult customers
• Help the support team when needed

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following.

• Highly skilled within backup (CommVault and/or Veeam is very welcome)
• Skills within storage (Cloudian is a +)
• Self-driven approach with eagerness to solve things
• Prior experience working with the Nordic markets, especially the Norwegian market
• Full proficiency in verbal and written English is a must. It is a merit to have additional language proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian
