As our Senior Solution Advisor Cloud & Security, you get the opportunity to advocate for the customer’s needs and find the best solutions based on Dustin’s service catalogue. You are our expert on designing security and Azure solutions and you have the mandate to question technology choices and commercial conditions.
You will be part of an amazing team of architects and project managers, and you will report to Manager Technical Sales Support, Josefin Landgren. Josefin focuses on clear and direct communication. She loves people, cares about her team, and is a leader, you can count on when you need her.

What you will do
You will get the opportunity to apply your expertise in designing and selling security and Azure solutions.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the link between Sales and the customer
- Use your mandate to question technology choices and commercial conditions
- Maintain a high level of competence in Dustin’s product range and tech market through continuous training and certification
- Secure the necessary resources and services to deliver a satisfactory solution to the customer
- Deliver the project design and services to project managers and consultants for onboarding
- Prepare presentations for customer meetings and implementation
In your role, you work closely with skilled colleagues in Sales, Delivery, and Operations, joining customer meetings, scoping projects, and delivering presentations to project management and consultants.
What you bring
We want to make sure we hire the right person, who will feel successful in this role. Therefore, we are looking for you, who:
- Experience from similar jobs working with tech and customers
- Has technical experience with security and Microsoft Azure
- Is comfortable communicating in the local language with customers and in English with colleagues
- Maybe you have worked as a developer and are ready to take the step into design and architecture
- It is an advantage if you are certified in AZ104, AZ500 and/or MS500
