My name is Heidi Storm and I am the manager for Digital Workplace Services Team in the Nordic region. The climate in the team is welcoming, helpful and solution oriented. About the position

You will be a part of delivering our standard services, but also implement solutions based on Microsoft and VMware technology within Endpoint Management. In your daily work, you will enjoy close collaboration with colleagues from different departments such as project management, service desk and sales. Since we always strive to be our customers trusted advisor, you will also have a deep collaboration with our customers IT-departments. We are a Nordic organization and implement our services and solutions with customers in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

In the team, we work according to the remote-first principle, which means that we work where it fits best in every situation: From our offices, from home or at our customers’. You will have the autonomy to plan and schedule your work according to your project assignments and customers.

What you’ll do:

You will work individually and in teams with different types of assignments and projects related to our services and customers. In your assignment, both the customer and their technical solution will be diverse, and you will be involved in exciting assignments of different kinds. A curious mindset and a willingness to stay up to date on new technology will take you a long way, and we seek to provide you with constructive feedback and an environment to grow your career.

You will be given opportunities to develop and contribute to the business of both Dustin and our customers. You will work mainly with customers digitally as our ambition is "remote first" but physical meetings and work at our customers locations occurs from time to time as well. In an average week you will be involved in different assignments, e.g., working with implementation, change-work and solving 3^rd Level support tickets, and being a part of different forums that focus on improving our services. 

What you have:

The Digital Workplace team in Dustin needs a new colleague who are proficient in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and VMware’s Workspace ONE. If you have experience from architecture, design, configuration, development, security, or advanced use of the Modern-Work services from Microsoft and VMware - we have a place for you in our team.

• 3+ years of relevant and documented work experience as a technical Senior Consultant and Advisor within endpoint management
• You are updated on Modern Workplace
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft M365 portfolio, Azure AD and general security competency
• Fluent English as well as one Nordic language, written and verbally, is required
• Documented ability to create results
• Great interest in learning new technologies
• Certifications within Microsoft and VMware are an advantage
• Fluent English, spoken and written and a Scandinavian language
