We are looking for a driven, engaged, and talented Legal Counsel to support our Norwegian sales organization and be a part of Dustin’s exciting journey ahead. Today, Dustin is a leading online based IT-partner with business in the Nordics and the Benelux. But we are aiming higher and focusing on sales of advanced products and services.
The position may be situated in Moss or Oslo, however some travelling within Norway and the Nordics might be required. As Legal Counsel with focus on Sales Contract Management, you will be part our Legal Team, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Commercials & Contracts located in Stockholm, Sweden and collaborate closely with our relations sales organisation in the Nordics.

About the position:
Support our Norwegian sales organization with contract management, including advice on contract terms, contract reviews and deviation reports
Support our Nordic contract managers with legal advice regarding contractual and privacy matters
Collaborate with team members to develop qualitative and efficient workflows and guidelines connected to our Sales Contract Management Procedure
Report on new legislation and law development, mainly within contract law
Develop training materials, template documents and guides
Support and provide advice in negotiations and commercial disputes
Assist our Group Legal Team in legal research and preparations of responses to internal clients’ queries as well as advising internal departments with regards to applicable legal requirements.

What you bring
Masters of Law or BSc Commercial and Business Law
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian languages. Fluency in other Nordic languages is a plus.
A minimum of two years working experience with contract drafting, reviews and negotiations. Preferably experience from associate work in a law firm.
Passion for creating efficient processes, knowledge sharing and building relationships
